Thinking of submitting a report? Please read the following important guidelines:
1. DO NOT INCLUDE CONTACT INFO IN THE BODY OF THE REPORT
Do not include names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, or any other information that can be used to identify individuals in the top section of the form. In order for us to fulfill our guarantee that people's identity will no be revealed, personal information must be removed manually, a very time-consuming task.
2. USE A WORD PROCESSOR TO COMPOSE YOUR REPORT
Please use a program such as Microsoft Word to type, format and spell check your report. Break the text up into logical paragraphs, rather than clumping your report into one massive blob of text. Once you have proofread your report, you can copy and paste it into our report form. Do not compose your report directly in the form!
3. HOAXED AND JOKE REPORTS ARE IGNORED
If you are thinking of submitting a hoax or joke report, save yourself the time and trouble. It will be ignored and immediately discarded.
